Disclaimer

  1. Whilst the Organiser shall make every effort to secure a high number of delegates to the conference, for the avoidance of any doubt, there will be no guarantee on the number of delegates at any point and no discounts or refunds are available if the number of delegates does not reach the projected levels.
  2. The final details of contents offered under this prospectus are subjected to the availability and approval of the organising committee.

Payment schedule

Please note the payment terms as mentioned below:

  1. The booking form must be submitted within 30 days, and a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
  2. Balance of 50% should be paid before 30 June 2024.
